TRANS SOLAR is proud to release two hot albums:

First off, HARLAN T. BOBO's highly acclaimed debut CD "Too much love"! BOBO is an outstanding musician that brings folk-minimalism, modern alt country and back to basics - rock 'n roll together and draws from influences ranging from the late NICK DRAKE to early VELVET UNDERGROUND. The result is an outstanding masterpiece of modern songwriting that let BOBO become a part of this rich southern songwriter tradition. The album was recorded in the legendary Easley / Maccain studios (PAVEMENT, SONIC YOUTH, WHITE STRIPES). Even Dough Easley as a longtime fan of BOBO played on the record.

Secondly, KID CONGO POWERS's "Solo cholo" CD. It's a collection spanning twenty years of pure creativism. You will find the legendary member of THE GUN CLUB and THE BAD SEEDS experimenting with balladry, garage rock, techno, noise, goth, and whole lot more. The bands backing up KID are as eclectic on the songs within. For instance: German instrumentalists DIE HAUT (on a duet with LYDIA LUNCH), garage rock supergroup KNOXVILLE GIRLS, German electro-superstar KHAN, moody lounge-rockers CONGO NORVELL, LA/NY cosmopolitansBOTANICA, and THE FUR BIBLE - Kid's 1985 heavy London band featuring PATRICIA MORRISON (The Gun Club, The Bags, The Damned, Sisters of Mercy), MURRAY MITCHELL (Siouxsie and the Banshees), and DESPERATE (The Gun CLub).

In the meantime we are busy escaping the football worldchampionship chaos here in Berlin and looking forward to the upcoming QUINTRON tour. Dates will be posted soon.
